Is this kind of event of interest you? Would you like to be first to know about our next date in Autumn 2023? Pop your details below and we will keep in touch:
In today’s world, it can be very hard not to believe that we wouldn’t somehow be happier, more attractive, successful, or confident in a slimmer body. Saturated with messages from diet culture and the media about what bodies ‘should’ look like, it can feel like we are swimming upstream when it comes to positive body image. A preoccupation with how our bodies look can take up a lot of headspace, change our relationship to food, or get in the way of doing things that really matter to us.
This workshop is a unique opportunity to break away from the vicious cycle of low self-esteem, and to enhance your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing from a place of neutrality, compassion, intuition and nourishment.
Total 4-hours to benefit from a unique blend of leading-edge psycho-education, group coaching and discussion, nutritional expertise, reflective activities and tools that will last a lifetime. Plus Q&A time
A small, supportive, unpressurised and confidential group (12 places max)
A two part-programme. Part One will be held on 16th May and Part Two will be held on 23rd May, 2023. The commitment will be to attend both parts in order to experience the full benefits, as well as allowing time for trust to build within the group
Two delicious, nourishing light suppers prepared by Café Desa, along with unlimited teas and infusions
