Would you like to get a sense for whether you're an intuitive eater, or if you're showing signs of a struggle in your relationship with food? 

Take this 5-minute assessment to find out. Simply select the answers that best characterise your attitudes or behaviours.

Whatever your score, do not worry - there is no judgement here. Your responses will help you gain a better understanding of yourself and reveal how much you might benefit from a fresh approach to eating and self-care habits. You’ll also receive some pointers on how to take action going forward.

The quiz is an adaptation of the Intuitive Eating Scale – 2 developed by Tracy Tylka, a psychologist and researcher, and her team at the Ohio State University to objectively measure intuitive eating.

I do not store or have access to your answers or quiz result, but if you’d like to talk to me about them and reflect on what help you might need to improve your situation, then I’d love to hear from you.
