Gut Reaction offers a range of practical nutrition and eating-related information advice and guidance, combined with accessible and fun-to use behaviour change techniques brought together and tailored to meet the goals of each individual client.
Corporate wellbeing services were launched in January 2015 by qualified nutritional therapist Sarah Grant in response to growing demand from Government, health professionals and business for support in helping firms to ensure that wellbeing becomes central to the working environment.
Sarah and Gut Reaction's core team have a wealth of experience working with people to help them create new and sustainable eating behaviours that are supportive to both their health and wellbeing. Their aim is to be at the forefront of this new and exciting era of change.
To-date, corporate clients and organisations Gut Reaction has worked with include: Blue Cross, Baxi, Cushman & Wakefield, Colmore BID, the Land Registry, Natwest, Credit Suisse, Thrive at Work, and the International School of Creative Arts.
Sarah has also delivered talks and workshops to various groups, including Soho Farm House, Sweaty Betty, Mallory Court, and Warwick Hospital in conjunction with Breast Cancer Care, and has ran group programmes in collaboration with other wellbeing providers such as Sleek Technique and Prittie Yoga.
