A magical destination ~ Türkiye’s Aegean coast with its sapphire waters, ancient cultural influences, dramatic views and warm and hospitable culture is a place to immerse yourself in vibrant natural beauty, to rest, restore, feel alive and reinvigorated.
Set in a breath-taking, sweeping bay, with a mountainous backdrop, Kalkan is a historic fishing town with an exquisite harbour now bordered with friendly waterfront restaurants and small boutiques. Thriving but unspoilt, you’ll find its winding streets with overhanging balconies and eclectic Ottoman architecture irresistible.
A supportive wellness journey ~ Rooted in a mind-body-spirit approach, the chakra system forms the foundation of our retreat programme. As the body's major energy system, it governs the flow of life energy. Throughout your journey, you will explore each chakra’s role and learn how to restore balance for vibrant, harmonious energy.
You will have ready access to Sarah and Emily’s friendly support through-out, and receive a supportive printed workbook. A post-retreat integration workshop will be available online 4-weeks later to help you stay connected and continue your journey at home.
Daily Energy Medicine Yoga®️ ~ Designed for all abilities, this gentle, restorative practice is a union of yoga and energy medicine that amplifies the benefits of a traditional practice by combining simple movements that help the body to release tension, self-regulate, and move with more ease.
Daily Energy & Intuitive Eating Workshops ~ Engaging, relaxed, and deeply transformative, these sessions will empower you with a fresh understanding of how your body’s energy systems influence health and eating patterns - helping you move away from stress-driven eating and towards intuitive nourishment, enhancing your energy in your daily life.
Holistic activities and energising excursions ~ Experience a thoughtful, soulful blend of adventure and relaxation, including:
Exploring Patara’s ancient ruins and 12-mile golden beach
A private gulet boat trip with swim stops and a natural mud bath
A spectacular Turkish breakfast in the mountains followed by a village walk
Hands-on cookery school making and enjoying delicious, vibrant vegetarian dishes
Guided meditations, Yoga nidra, breathwork, journalling, and visualisations
(You can also book into a local spa/hammam or have reflexology onsite at additional cost).
Nourishing food ~ Enjoy locally sourced, plant-powered Turkish meals, designed to support your energy and wellbeing. Vegans and vegetarians will be well catered for. Breakfasts will be Turkish-style including salads, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, olives, cheese, breads, tahini, oats, yoghurts and fruits.
Charming coastal accommodation ~ Stay at Patara Prince, a picturesque, privately owned resort nestled into the hillside overlooking Kalkan Bay, with rustic, natural stone architecture, lush greenery, and character-filled pathways. It is far enough from the town to enjoy serenity and peace, but just a 15-minute walk or short boat ride for explorers.
The vibe is mellow, quirky yet comfortable, intimate yet spacious, with plenty of areas in which to lose yourself and enjoy those much needed quiet moments and ‘you time’. You will have full use of the facilities including two salt-water, ocean-view pools, and tennis courts. Your en suite room with a sea view will be situated in the main hotel, furnished in a traditional style.

Dietary requirements: We will cater for food allergies and intolerances. Please advise us of dietary requirements when you book your place.
Accessibility: the Patara Prince Resort is set into the hillside of Kalkan Bay which means fabulous views and pretty terraces - and a fair amount of steps which is great for fitness! However, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Lifts are available but wheelchair access will be tricky in places.
Pre-retreat information: Ahead of the retreat, we will send you a preliminary health form, guidance on logistics, and suggested things to pack, including a Yoga mat and water bottle.
Travel
Your flights and transfers are not included. The nearest airport is Dalaman, for which there are plenty of direct flights from UK airports. Whilst finding a suitable flight is your responsibility, we can make suggestions so please feel free to discuss your options with us.
By road, the scenic journey to Kalkan from Dalaman is 1hr 30. On request, we can help you arrange a transfer (c. £70 for 1-3 people) or provide details of our recommended travel company. Antalya airport is a 3hr drive from Kalkan and also worth considering (transfer c. £120 for 1-3 people).
Ideally, we recommend arriving before 14:00 on Saturday 20th and departures from 11:00 on Sunday 28th September. Additional nights at Patara Prince can be accommodated if that is helpful to your travel plans.

Your retreat, including eight night’s accommodation in an en-suite room with a partial sea view, is £2,500 per person. However, our early bird booking price of £2,200 is available now.
An alternative rate is available for those wishing to share a room so please contact us to discuss your preferred room requirements, and also your options for paying in instalments.
A £400 deposit will be required on booking to secure your place. Instalment payments can be agreed and final payment is due six weeks prior to the retreat.
