Discovering the latest organic health foods at Biofach 2018

Just back from two days in Germany! Biofach is 'the' show for foodies who have a passion for organic food, where they come together to share both their interest and their products. Based in Nuremburg, it is the world's largest trade fair for organic food and agriculture, bringing together 2774 exhibitors and approximately 46700 trade visitors from around 130 countries - wow. 

'Organic' is about quality of food as well as the responsible use of nature's resources, and as I'm currently working in partnership on a food-based new business concept (watch this space!), this was the ideal place to learn about the latest trends, sample new products and make connections.
