Holistic wellbeing at Elan Spa at Mallory Court

It was a pleasure to be part of the open evening for the new Elan Spa at Mallory Court Hotel on Thursday evening. This brand new boutique spa is a real gem in Warwickshire. I'm delighted they are taking a holistic approach to wellbeing and am very much looking forward to Gut Reaction providing talks and a Personal Nutrition Audit for all the spa's members.
