Talking about intuitive health, wellbeing and eating at Sweaty Betty
Last night I teamed up with my Walk ‘n Talk Wellbeing co-team, Rowena and Louise, to present on a favourite topic of mine, back at Sweaty Betty in Windsor.
The aim of the talk was to introduce the audience to their intuition - what this really means and how to benefit from tapping into your own innate wisdom around your health, wellbeing, food choices and eating habits.
As Gut Reaction’s clients and followers know, I’ve long been a believer in the gut as being core to health and wellbeing both in terms of a physiological system and also as the seat of our inner knowing. So it was my pleasure to talk about the links between gut feelings and food to Sweaty Betty fans.
And I loved hearing Louise’s expert guidance on how to listen to your self-care needs and Rowena’s demonstration of how to intuitively use essential oils to support mood and emotions and homeopathy to support family health.
