The approach is informed by my training in a range of evidence-based modalities including Nutritional Therapy, Intuitive Eating Counselling, a mindfulness-based behavioural therapy called Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and the latest in body image research and healing, to take into account your physiological and emotional connections with food.
